Ardor Independent is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening and empowering youth from ages 14 to 21. We aim to provide a safe space for intellectual, physical and performance growth.

We began this journey in the summer of 2013 as just a thought, a longing to combine the current spirits of teamwork and determination of winter guard, with benefits that would help our young people achieve into college and beyond.

The result was Ardor Independent A Guard, a performing arts group for students wanting to perform, and unable to find a place to do so.

WHO WE ARE

We are currently looking for people interested in being a part of our governing board. These people will help guide our volunteer and performance efforts, as well as refine by-laws and pick students for any future scholarship programs. Positions available are president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and member(s)-at-large specializing in related fields. These are volunteer positions to edify and empower youth. The board will meet once a month to discuss pertinent topics.

Interested parties should contact us at ardorindependent@gmail.com with the position in which s/he is interested, and any history or personal information pertinent to it.

"A good team, like a good show, comes into being when the separate individuals working together create, in essence, another separate higher entity - the team - the show - which is better than any of those individuals can ever be on their own."
